26th Assembly of the Blinds

April 26, 2023

I had the incredible honor of presenting my work to the blind community during the 26th Assembly of the Binds. In this assembly, the blind community of Thailand consists of hundreds of participants. This immersive experience allowed me to connect deeply with individuals from the community as they surrounded me. Their insights and perspectives were invaluable.

At the assembly, I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Daranpop, a programmer, school principal, and my mentor. I was excited to share with him the latest version of my blocks, which I had meticulously improved based on the constructive feedback I received during the previous workshop.

During our discussion, I highlighted the specific changes I made, including adjustments to the braille shapes and the design of the block corners. Mr. Daranpop provided me with additional feedback, which focused on further enhancing usability and ensuring tactile clarity. His suggestions made me realize the importance of continuous collaboration with the community to create more effective and user-friendly designs. This experience not only enriched my project but also strengthened my commitment to serving the blind community.
